Cyclists, Group Visits and Tours
Cyclists Visiting Aston Pottery
Our Café is an ideal place to have a break whilst cycling through the Cotswolds.
If you are a large group of 10 or more cyclists, planning to stop with us, to help our Café prepare, please give us a call on 01993 852896, or email cafe@astonpottery.co.uk, four days ahead of your visit.
When you arrive, please park your bikes along the wooden fence, to help keep access clear.
2025/6 Group Visits to Aston Pottery
Please note that we do not accept coaches under any circumstances.
Food will be available in our café for all group tours, however we are not able to take any pre-orders. Please let us know if you would like us to reserve a table for your group.

2026 Garden Tours
Garden tours are for groups between 15 and 30 people. If your group is smaller, you are still very welcome—please get in touch and we will do our best to combine bookings where possible to reach the minimum number for a tour.
Our tours will start from July until October, Monday – Friday. Subject to availability. Tours will start at either 11:00am or 2:00pm, to avoid our busy café times. Early evening tours are available on request.
To those who enjoy our gardens we offer guided tours and talks on everything from approaches to design, methods of planting and all important garden maintenance. Our tours are suitable for the potting shed enthusiast through to the all-weather gardener.
Tour duration approximately 1 1/4 hours and cost £7.95 per person.

Pottery Tours
Our guided pottery tours are available every Tuesday and Thursday at 11.00am and 2.00pm.
Tours cost £6 per person and last for approximately 1/2 hour.
Tours are not suitable for those under 8 years of age.
There is a maximum of 8 people on each tour.
Booking is recommended, we cannot guarantee a place on the tour of your choice without pre-booking. All bookings are made via the Gift Shop either in person or by calling 01993 852031. Payment is required at time of booking.
We aim to make our tours accessible to everyone. Please let us know about any specific needs when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
