Gardens

In 2009, Jane and Stephen decided to develop their passion for gardening and embarked on a 9 year project to develop the 5 main borders that you see today. This has been done in conjunction with different members of the pottery and shop workforce, and a very valued volunteer.

Our Gardens flower from the middle of April through to September. We have carefully selected our choice of plants to maintain the vibrancy and longevity of our borders throughout the year. Our Hornbeam Walk is planted to give a new experience to the knowing eye every month. If bees and butterflies are your thing, make sure to come between July and August for a chance to see our rare Black Bumble Bee: ‘Bombus ruderatus.’

We are very proud to have had several articles written about our gardens. These fabulous articles were published in: Landscape Magazine, RHS The Garden Magazine, The Telegraph, Country Living Magazine, Cotswold Life and Gardens Illustrated.

Being featured on BBC’s Gardeners World back in the summer was also such a privilege and something we are also very proud of! We are feeling very grateful for all the exposure our gardens have had and we hope they bring our lovely customers as much joy as they give us. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0bjj97d
