At Aston Pottery we put the same love and attention into our food as we do our
pottery. Therefore we choose a few of our main dishes to put on sale each day
ensuring maximum quality and taste. All the dishes are prepared and cooked by
our talented kitchen team using local ingredients wherever possible.

Of course we still have our flans, jacket potatoes, paninis, soup,
sandwiches and giant sausage rolls on sale at lunchtime should you prefer.



Please note that lunch is served from 12 noon until 3.00pm,
although we cannot guarantee that all the selection
will still be available for the whole lunch period.

Main Dishes

These represent an example of some of the dishes we create in our Café
So that there is always something new to try, we offer a different dish every day of the week



Chicken, Bacon, Leek and Tarragon Pot Pie

Succulent pieces of chicken breast, bacon and leeks in a tarragon béchamel sauce
are placed into individual pots and topped with puff-pastry for the perfect pie.



Chicken, Butternut Squash and Pesto Lasagne

A summery dish consisting of succulent chicken breast in a pesto and mascarpone
sauce layered with lasagne sheets and butternut squash. Finished off with a scattering
of pine nuts and fresh basil leaves.



Lamb Crumble

We use award winning meat from Patrick Strainge butchers in the local
village of Bampton in this savoury lamb crumble. Slow cooked lamb mince is topped
with a savoury crumble with added herbs and cheddar cheese.



Bacon, Leek and Potato Bake (GF)

Back bacon, soft leeks and potatoes are layered up in a dish with a creamy dish
and is finished with cheddar cheese for an indulgent tasty meal.
